Song of the Wayfarer by Alan Hirsh (E)

Written in a folk-like style, this engaging work is perfect for beginning/intermediate ensembles.  Musical challenges include quarter-note syncopation and switching between 6/8 and  3/4 (with the eighth note constant).  The Guit I range momentarily extends to C6 but is rhythmically accessible.
